By using Pickly you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Pickly is a free tool to create polls, rankings, ratings, and voting tournaments, and share the link with whoever you want. It's available "as is" — we do our best to keep it available with a good experience, but without express guarantees of uptime or continuity.

You can use Pickly without an account. If you decide to create one, you are responsible for the security of your password (if you choose that method) and for all activity performed from that account.

Don't use Pickly to:

• Create polls with illegal content, violent content, sexual content with minors, harassing content, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Impersonate another person or falsely attribute statements to real people.
• Distribute malware, phishing, or any malicious code.
• Perform mass scraping, spam, or attempts to saturate the platform.
• Bypass anti-fraud mechanisms to inflate votes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and/or suspend accounts that repeatedly fail to comply.

What you write and upload remains yours. When creating a poll, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content to those who access the link, with the sole purpose of operating the service.

You are responsible for the content you publish. Before uploading images, verify that you have the rights to use them.

Polls created without an account are managed only from the device where they were created (token saved locally). If you lose that device or clear the browser storage, you may lose the ability to manage the poll. This is explicitly communicated at the time of creating without an account.

Polls and their responses are automatically deleted 90 days after their creation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue functionalities at any time. We will try to notify in advance when changes are significant, but it is not mandatory.

To the extent permitted by law, Pickly and its operators are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages derived from the use of the service (including data loss, deleted polls, temporary unavailability, etc.).

The processing of personal data is governed by our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Argentine laws. Any dispute will be resolved in courts with jurisdiction in Argentina, unless the applicable law provides otherwise.
